Nothing automatically. This site has no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising or profiling tools, and sets no cookies of its own.
The contact form is the only place on the site you can enter information. When you press send, your name, email address and message go to our web host's mail server, which forwards them to our inbox. The site keeps no copy of its own, and nothing you type is passed to any other company.
Whether you use the form, email us, ring or message us, we hold your name, your contact details and whatever you sent, in our own email account and on the studio phone. We keep it for as long as we are talking, and for up to 24 months afterwards in case you come back. Ask us to delete it and we will.
If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp is run by Meta. Messages are end-to-end encrypted, but Meta handles your number and how you use the service under its own privacy policy. The WhatsApp link on this site is only a link: nothing from Meta loads when you visit a page here.
Two external services load on this site. Both can see your IP address and basic browser information, because that is unavoidable when a browser requests a file from another server. Everything else — every photograph, every screenshot — is served from our own domain.

Under UK GDPR we rely on legitimate interests for the minimal technical data involved in serving the page, and on taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract when you email us about work.
